Full Length Cold Expander
- Full length cold expander reduces residual stress between body and weld, improving anti-corrosion, anti-cracking, and steel longevity

Hydrostatic Testing

Ultrasonic Test
- The ultrasonic test improves detection of eventual defects: Detects eventual longitudinal and transversal weld defects, as well as eventual lamination defects and HAZ
- Meets the most stringent quality control standards of all major oil and gas companies
Radio Graphic Tests
- Application of both UST and X-Ray tests guarantees the soundness of the weld seam
- The SEIFERT ISOVOLT 320KV, which provides improved permeability and resolution, can efficiently find eventual defects in heavy wall thickness
- The radiographic test is able to read eventual defects in real time with the high resolution image intensifier
